  5. Hi Su, love your Easter bouquet! And the meringues look super delicious, great photos of them, by the way!
I enjoyed having a glimpse into your garden. Your beautiful roses seem to be in full swing. Here mine are exploding into blooms every day a little more. It is such a wonderful time in the garden!
    Wishing you a great week!
    Warm regards,

    1. The first photo is my daughters, and I thought she took the best one. Yes, my roses are blooming like crazy. From yesterday to today, I thought that the white ones sprung up six inches to bloom. They are still shorter bushes than the others, but couldn't believe my eyes this morning. Have a wonderful week, Christina. xoxo Su

  6. Su your Easter flower bucket with the Irises and Roses is stunning. The pastel Macaroons in the aqua striped tea cup are calling my name! What a pretty tease!!! The dappled sunlight in the garden with the Pink flowers and Purple (petunia's?) gorgeous and beckoning for a garden party.
Our Easter was in the low 50's with a drive to Cape May, NJ at the shore to take our Grand Gabrielle out for dinner at the Lobster House. Gabby picked the restaurant and although not a traditional Easter meal it was delicious and enjoyed. Our round trip drive was 4 hours not a Bunny hop away.
Beautiful wishes for a amazing week ahead sweet Su.
    xoxo,

    1. Hi, Vera. Yes, those are petunias. I plant them and lavender to attract the bees to my tomato plants. It sounds like a wonderful Easter day spent with your granddaughter despite the long drive. We had desert at home, but ate lunch out, because the power went out. We went to a nice local hamburger place, because we had no reservations. For dinner we made salads at home, which was perfect for a warm day. :) Su

    1. Thank you. Perfection. I have had that column for years. I use to use it as a table, but I had no space for it in the house, and as I was doing spring clearing out, I thought to try it in the garden, and voila. Have a wonderful week, and thank you for the visit. xoxo Su

  11. What lovely photos. I like the macarons in the tea cup. They have been my latest challenge but I never thought to serve them from a teacup. It is a great idea. The flowers and the decor are so pretty.

    1. Thank you, Lorri. It was my daughter's idea, and I think we will do it again this way. I arrange the flowers myself, so it was only 12.50 plus tax. I picked three types. The smaller bouquets are flowers from my garden. Have a wonderful week. xoxo Su

  12. I'm back Su to once again be in awe... I've decided because of your lovely Purple Petunia's I will after my Pansies wilt because of impending Summers heat plant in my containers Purple mixed with White Petunia's. Thanks for the lovely inspiration of today.

  22. Hi Su, your Florence book is beautiful displayed there with a Easter egg that compliments a European style perfectly. Love your beautiful egg, your eggs are true pieces of art.
Your daughters feet look like a sweet artful story to spending time in the garden barefoot feeling the earth under her feet.

It's nice to see your beautiful Easter here :)
