  6. Happy, Happy Halloween AND Withes' Tea Party!!! Oh, my....such a pretty hostess for the event. This is probably the most elegant tea party ever! WOW! I love your pretty soft neutrals with just a pop of teal and orange. Your vignette under your chalkboard is so pretty, and I love the little touches, like the paper fortune tellers. I used to love it when friends made them in school!

I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

    1. ADORABLE! I love everything!

May I ask about the adorable print of the girl with the long blonde hair in the red top? Who is the artist and what is the title of the piece? I am intrigued by it. You have such charming taste. Beautiful party. **sigh**

    2. Hi, Gibby. Thank you for visiting my tea. You know, I don't know, and I have researched the internet trying to find out. I was intrigued by the subject and bought the print in Venice. It doesn't say who the original artist was. It looks like someone screen printed it. It is on what appears to be handmade paper. xoxo Su

      Delete
    3. I also LOVED your White Rabbit portrait you also bought in Venice that you showed in your Alice In Wonderland library. It too is super charming. I did find that one, by searching the subject. The ones sold here are printed with a "frame" around the image and are quite expensive (hundreds of $$$). I love yours without the printed frame. Love your style!

      Delete
    4. Wow. You are a great internet shopper. :) Because neither were framed they were affordable. Actually the paper is so pretty and natural with an unevenness that I didn't want to frame them; I thought it contributed to their charming nature. Thank you xoxo , Su

    1. Thank you. I think that Vanessa has the best parties. I am so inspired looking at her creativity. That's funny about the glasses. I had no idea about that they were like Pioneer Woman glasses. I bought them to go with my daughter's Alice in Wonderland china. We ended up with four of these water glasses, but only two goblets, because they were such a great price that they were gone. xoxo Su

Those bewitching blue glasses add to the magic of your tea table. It all looks as if you must have spent days dreaming all this up and hours and hours creating it. But I know your secret--you just twitched your nose, didn't you?
