Hint of Autumn

Petite pumpkins

Bucket of Blossoms

Feather for one hand and a pumpkin for the other...

And in the kitchen...bruschetta toppings...this particular one is easy for a party or an easy light autumn meal.

Ingredients

Sourdough baguette
Olive Oil
Fig Preserves and Jam
Brie
Green Apple or Pear

Toast the bread with olive oil and then spread brie, add some fig jam, and top with a slice of green apple or pear.

When life is busy, it is nice to have simple preparations.
Next post I will share some more photos of our summer in Europe.

  3. There is absolutely no hint that it is fall in our neck of the woods, but that isn't stopping me from setting out pumpkins and Halloween decor.

    1. I know. That's the problem with living in the southwest. I think San Diego had the most perfect weather at least for me when I lived there, better than the Bay Area. LA area is a bit hotter and more oppressive as you get closer to the mountains. It's still 104 to 106 here. Unfortunately when it is hot, I don't feel like doing anything. Usually by the end of October, I feel inspired again. xoox Su
