Welcome November!

I finally placed a few pumpkins in my fruit bowl for a fall display.
I think we are finally cooling off here, because the temperatures have left the 90s over the last couple of days.

Happy November!

  1. Happy November, Su! I just love those little white pumpkins. I had to search high and low for them this year. They are becoming more and more popular, I guess! Our temps have dipped dramatically here, the heat has kicked on and we are ready for some warm snuggles! Your weather sounds delightful! Enjoy your cooler days! :)

    1. Thank you, Kim. I found these at Trader Joe's. It might depend on the area. I'm always looking for the lovely colors, but we have a pretty basic selection here. xoxo

  3. I never saw white pumpkins before, all the pumpkins I see in the grocery stores are orange. Do these pumpkins taste any different from the regular orange ones?

    1. Good question. I don't know. I usually just pick them up at Trader Joe's. But I have a few minis growing in my garden; they were white, and now they are turning orange. xoxo

    1. Thank you, Donna. xoxo It seems pumpkins are regional. Maybe they didn't do well last year. They are usually only a couple of types here, compared to what I see in magazines or on the internet.
