Vintage Find

My daughter loves vintage, and she found this mirror tray for a few dollars in a second-hand shop.
She decorated it herself.

We have busy, because the temperature is finally in the 80s.  We have been hiking and working on various projects.

I've also done a little Christmas shopping in the vintage and second-hand stores.  It's a great way to stay on a budget during the holidays.

  1. Love the typewriter and of course your daughter's sweet display. My son says he left an old typewriter in the attic and I thought I might bring in down for a vignette in the guest room.

    1. It belonged to my mom, and she gave it to me, and I gave it to my daughter. One Christmas, that's all she requested. The new ribbon with shipping and tax was about 20! :) A ribbon is a specialty item now. :)

  6. Ha! I had one of those mirrors a long time ago. I added little people and spun glass to make it look like a skating rink. :-))
That typewriter is a fun find.
