Painted Ceiling is Finished

Painting a Beamed Ceiling

We finished painting the beamed porch ceiling SW Snowbound, but we have not finished painting the door gray.   By we, I mean my spouse.  It's still too hot, and the paint dries too quickly.  It's a rustic, cottage look, and the ceiling is original to the house. We went with white which is different than what we have done with some of the other ceilings.

The table, the buffet, chalkboard, and bucket were inexpensive finds from the vintage shops.
Below is my recent find.

Petite Vintage Chandeliers

You will have to wait to see what we do with these.

    1. Thank you, Dawn. We still have this month and the next of this horrible heat, but then it will be beautiful until next May or June.

    1. Thank you, Kathy. The chalkboard was a great, inexpensive find at a vintage shop. I suspect it was a mirror at one time.
